I haven't completely cut out meats from my diet, but I am eating more

vegetables. I am eating white meat and avoid red meat. I have also cut out coffee, which is a big leap for me.

I was having some serious pain in my heels right where the Achilles tendon attaches to the bone. I read somewhere that red meat, processed foods and coffee can cause joint inflammation. I gave it a shot, and have cut back on all of those. A good 2 months into this, I have not found that my heel no longer bothers me. Can't say I lost any weight, but my poops have been smoooooooth.
